Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum 48 hours notice.

Our policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee is $50 and this is required to be paid in order to make another booking.

Please try and arrive 5 mins prior to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accomodate you. In this case the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

clients are required to pay a non refundable $50 deposit to confirm the appointment.

If your appointment falls on a public holiday a 15% surcharge will be added to your service. If you should happen to cancel outside of the policy provided above you will be charged for 50% of the service you booked for. Please be mindful of this. 

COVID Policy

As outbreaks of COVID-19 continue to affect states and territories across Australia, and with a rise in isolations and testing numbers there has been a huge increase in cancellations, here is our policy during these ongoing challenging times.

Our policy;

All clients are able to cancel/reschedule your appointments due to coronavirus without occurring a fee so long as you are able to provide me with a screenshot or receipt of test.

If cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment proof of test will be required or a cancellation charge may be incurred.
